Experience Required: 12 to 15 Years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development, AUTOMOTIVE Account Management for Embedded and Digital in Engineering Services.\n\nLocation: Birmingham (UK) - Work from office (all 5 Days)\n\nNote: The candidate should be currently based in the Europe (as applicable to the role) or must hold a valid work visa for the respective country.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue, margin and DSO targets.\n\n * Own and drive end-to end CONSULTATIVE sales for Automotive Embedded and digital services in the assigned region.\n\n * Develop / Contribute to a go-to-market strategy to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients in Transportation and Mobility (Automotive).\n\n * Generate qualified leads, nurture opportunities, and manage the complete sales lifecycle - from prospecting to contract closure.\n\n * Build and maintain relationships across different levels – including V and C levels – and key decision-makers within target client organizations.\n\n * Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and solution teams to craft client-specific value propositions and proposals.\n\n * Drive account mining and farming activities within existing customers to identify new service lines and cross-sell opportunities.\n\n * Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline using CRM tools.\n\n * Provide accurate sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to leadership.\n\n * Ensure alignment between client needs and delivery teams for successful project execution and long-term customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\n * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.\n\n * 12+ years of experience in selling technology/engineering services in Europe (UK), ideally with global delivery models.\n\n * Proven success in account management – within Transportation and Mobility do-main for engineering services.\n\n * Good understanding of embedded systems, digital transformation, product engineering, and IT services.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to engage with senior client stakeholders (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO, etc.).\n\n * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\n\n * Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing proposals and sales forecasts.\n\n * Travelling within Europe
