The Project
We are currently sourcing reliable electrical personnel for a significant internal refurbishment of a large, hotel-style residential building in Oxford. This is a fast-paced domestic/commercial crossover project focusing on internal room and corridor upgrades.
This is an excellent opportunity for local contractors or those looking for a steady, long-term run of \"clean\" internal work.
The Role
You will be responsible for the installation of containment and internal wiring systems. The work is primarily \"day work\" and includes:

• Containment: Installing tray work and plastic conduit drops.
• Fit-Out: Wiring and 1st/2nd fix within domestic-style rooms and corridors.
• Efficiency: Working to a program that adapts based on room handovers (workforce may scale from 2 to 6+ people).

What We're Looking For

• Certification: Gold Card (JIB/ECS) preferred; however, we are open to strong Improvers with valid site cards.
• Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment or hotel fit-outs.
• Reliability: As the program is fast-moving (approx. 25 weeks), we need professionals who can commit to the duration.
• Tools/Transport: Full PPE and standard kit for containment/internal works.
